1. Who we are

APEX RS ("we", "us", "our") is a motorsport team and race service provider based in Latvia. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit the Request a Quote form on our Contact page. The form may include:

Email address
Phone number (optional)
Service category selected
The message you write

We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies on this website. No data is collected automatically through your browsing activity.

3. Why we process your data

We process the data you submit in order to respond to your quote request and to communicate with you about our services. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, the steps necessary to enter into a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Who receives your data

When you submit the form, its contents are forwarded directly to our internal team via Telegram (operated by Telegram FZ-LLC / Telegram Messenger Inc.) so we can respond to your request as quickly as possible. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third party for marketing purposes.

Because Telegram's infrastructure may process data outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on Telegram's own safeguards for international data transfers. We only send the minimum information needed to handle your request.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain quote requests only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and no longer than 24 months of inactivity, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, accounting obligations).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
Object to or request restriction of processing
Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Latvia: the Data State Inspectorate, www.dvi.gov.lv)

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data you submit, including transmitting it over an encrypted connection. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
